Mission & Vision
We are committed to being lifelong learners striving to be the best!
Our vision is one in which the staff, community and students work together to encourage responsibility, integrity and an enthusiasm for learning. We truly believe that "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" as we all work together to make decisions that are good for children. There are high expectations for academic achievement coupled with a school wide effort to support all children who are not meeting standards. Parent involvement is high and the culture at Foothill Oaks is positive and productive.

Early Release Wednesday Starting August 2015
We would like to welcome parents and students to the 2015-2016 academic year. There will be a slight change in the starting and dismissal time this year with the Early Dismissal Wednesdays. The Board of Trustees approved this change after important feedback from parents and staff was considered. The Early Release Wednesday will replace the Late Start Wednesday in previous years.
Starting on the first day of school, Thursday August 20th, Foothill Oaks School will start at 8:55 A.M. and will end at 3:37P.M. every day, except on Wednesday.
On Wednesdays, we will start the day at 8:55 A.M. and will end at 1:37 P.M. If your child is enrolled in an after-school program, providers will be prepared to receive students on Early Release Wednesday.
Our Back to School Night is scheduled for Tuesday September 1st at 5:30 P.M.. You are invited to visit your child’s classroom, meet your child’s teacher and be informed of the grade level curriculum and class rules.
We look forward to a great academic year.
